I've been taking NAX (Nutri Ltd), 3g Vit C, 30mg CoQ10 & TC.

Before, my body temperature would fluctuate between 35.5C (95.9F) & 37C (98.6F), usually my temp is low when I wake up and body temp gradually increases until I sleep.

Now after supplementation, my body temp is roughly 36C throughout the day and night.

Does this mean my adrenals have stabilised and I should go on to support my thyroid now?
