I get the *worst* case of this. I clocked in at 156 over something this morning. At home I am now 112/70 or something silly like that. It's funny, as I even approach my doctor's office I feel my anxiety mounting. I deep breathe as I await the appointment, I really try to calm myself, but to no avail.

My device is the same one she uses and I wrap it the same way. It's just that I cannot mellow out at the doc's.

Anyone else get this?
