I've done 3 flushes so far by having the Epsom Salts in gel-caps, which I stuffed myself. You can get the gelcaps @ any health store that sells herbs loose. Or you can get them online. For instance, I use the "00" size caps, each of which holds 1 ml. Since one tablespoon equals 15 mls, I take 15 capsules w/ 3/4 cup of water, rather than trying to dissolve the salts. It really works!

My first flush: 225 stones
second flush: 150 stones
third flush: 250 stones

each flush was done using the ES-stuffed gelatin caps. I hope I never actually have to taste the stuff. From what all you guys describe, it tastes horrible!
