What you are saying is probably true - However, I believe what they (I understand the Navy is actually in charge of this program but who really knows-)are doing is (literally) killing two birds with one stone. They are seeding the upper atmosphere with nano electronics to form a worldwide intelligence shield - ANYTHING that uses a satellite will have to pass through this field - and also they are using this "shield" in conjunction with HAARP for weather manipulation. AS AN ADDED BONUS, what goes up mut come down - so they are adding some nefarious bits to the mix ("morgellons"). This way they can accomplish their insane agenda of total control of communications, weather, and depopulation. 'Sounds plausible....

When I first realized that I had "morgellons", I performed a simple experiment. I watched the chemliners spray day after day until finally after about a week it rained. So I cleaned and put out two stainless steel bowls on top of my storage shed. What I collected in those bowls matched PERFECTLY what I had been pulling out of my skin. There is NO question in my mind that chemtrails are one source for morgellons.. And i &$%# HATE calling a bio-weapon a name like "morgellons" - can't we find a suitable nefarious name - maybe an achronym... Let's have a contest, there are some very bright minds on this site-
