I can't afford a doctor anymore and I have no insurance, so I just take the recommended amounts of zinc, and other vitamins. The body bar is not much help. I think it kinda gives the scent a more metallic odor, so I use it only at night now. In the daytime, it doesn't smell great. The product is not a total waste, but it's probably better to save your money and look for something more effective.
