I am too embarrassed to show pics but my recent posts are very detailed on the 40 day fast and the post fast refeed and updates.
On youtube you can see several videos of people that have done fasting .One girl did three almost back to back 40 day ones. She went from 200 way down and six months later was holding at 120.
