You might consider cleaning the liver instead. I did my first liverflush when I was 67, though it was because of a gallstone, after 3 months I realized that my lifelong (since childhood) allergies were gone and they have not come back. In my case it was also always problems with the sinuses. As you know we all are different so it might not work for eveybody.
During the first flush I had a killing headache, now I look at it that my sinuses got cleaned.

I have done bowelcleanses with Oxypowder (also cleans the small intestine) but that is now several years ago.

With meals now I take bitters on my tongue to stimulate the bile. You can read about that on The Truth in Medicine forum, search bitters and vagus nerve.
