Hi, I had been looking for someone who made a blog from day one and beyond who was obese and had posted pics....I can't find it. I just read when they made it to their new size no from start to mid and finish. So I said why not be the first? I did find one blog, but she went from day 1-5 and had no pics and had quit on day 6. If any of you out there know of one that exist please post it because I would love to see it!

Not only fasting can help drop the pounds, but I believe it can heal!

My day one starts tomorrow.

I know its hard, but I had enough of the fat lifestyle if you know what I mean.
