...That looks super simple.
Plus I read last night that quinoa is a cool weather crop (like lettuce), and amaranth is a warm weather crop.
I'll buy small amounts until I can be sure they sprout. Irradiation, heating, and age can spoil that.
I've heard that some suppliers provide a kind of button on packaging to prove whether or not the seed has been irradiated in crossing borders.
...Which shows how many people care.
Almond growers, for example, have announced they will be slightly roasting/heating their product before market.
I can only assume that they are doing so to prevent us from growing our own almond trees.
Humph!
Greedy beggars.
But, what if we prefer our almonds sprouted...what if they are better for us that way?
