What the hell? Didn't Cynara Coomer use those exact same words? What is this, a publicity blitz?

Big money in removing folks' thyroids and frying the remaining tissue.

Not to discount the potential seriousness of the condition...but I'll bet that a lot of folks are getting this treatment when they could just be monitored.
