just remind everyone though. MY PROBLEMS STARTED BEFORE BENZO USE. so quit saying all my problems are benzos. I appreciate all the help. but it's like once I said benzo that's all anyone focuses on, as if it's the cause of alllllll my problems. I didn't Start benzos until MONTHS after all my other symptoms started.

I'll continue with my taper. which neither if those forum sites have helped much . I'm totally off Xanax now . in 3 weeks I'm gonna start taking liquid Valium an reducing dose 1% every day

I'm taking a break from all this bull shit. I'm going out tonight. gonna forget about being sick. gonna try an have fun. eat some food. being stuck in a house for two months crying about being sick is only makin me worse.

I'm tired of people in my head. and I'm f***ing sick if eating brown rice every single meal. I can't even juice veggies it gives ne a reaction. go figure . seee ya soon!!!! thanks!

there's no point in me reading or posting here until I'm off benzos anyways so im takin a break from the EMFs which should help anyways.
