Thanks to ALL you guys who've ever mentioned Emotional freedom technique and tapping.. I was kinda iffy about doing it and it works so well... it's like any negative feeling you have just won't come back to you after you've done this.. and for good too! I have dispelled feelings and they just haven't come back.

Thank you so much guys.. Uny... this forum has so thoroughly changed my life for the better I can't even say.
