Yes, it does taste awful in water...Imagine it mixed with Black-Walnut , Wormwood , olive leaf, slippery elm, licorice root, pau d'arco, cat's claw tincture, milk thistle and ashwaghanda powder...a little bit of stevia powder helps and I only use about 4 oz. of water so my misery isn't prolonged. It goes down fast. I don't mind, the consequences of being chronically ill are worse than the taste of my mixture ;)
