I wouldn't see a reason to change your diet when you do the candida cleanse - unless you're in the habit of eating unhealthy all the time. But if so, you would have plenty of reasons to change that without even thinking of a candida cleanse. :-)

I did the candida cleanse. The most irritating thing it did to me- excuse my french here - is that it made me fart like mad. While this is a problem in public spaces, it is not necessarily a bad thing.

Go ahead and look what's going to happen. You can't do yourself no harm with it. If you do have a candida problem, you will benefit greatly from this cleanse.

In my case, it did a good job. Unfortunately, shortly after I got a new puppy which turned out to be riddled with parasites (the vets diagnosis). In order to give such a pup a maximum quality of life when growing up, you can't but but cuddle with it at any given moment. And as puppies are not very well learned in matters of hygiene, chances are high that you get infected with whatever it is they have. And as I catch easily all things parasitic, I'm now more or less back at square one. Oh well, that little guy is sweet as anything, so I'm going to bear it and cleanse the hell out of me to get into normal gear again.

Good luck, and please let us know what your experiences are with the ca ndida cleanse.
