I guess the answere is probably yes because it appears to be rather a toxic drug on the liver and doesn't do the brain much good either.

Since 1982, there have been over 142 suicides involving Accutane.

In addition to a link between Accutane and psychiatric disorders, Accutane causes severe birth defects.

Now Accutane has been linked to an increased occurrence of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn's Disease, Hepatitis, Hepatotoxicity and Lupus.
