Sorry to hear that.
Blurred vision was one of my symptoms when I had the Mirena and thankfully it ceased when I had the Mirena removed. I wore glasses anyway so I don't know if my need for stronger glasses since could be linked and my optician has never mentioned any major problems.But it sounds like a good avenue for further investigation.
