OK, I do my best with what I know about right now. You're welcome as you can be!
We do need as much comfort as we can get while going thru the cleaning processes. That's a given. Chasing symptoms won't work tho. What I've seen is that when the body gets cleaner, it wants to spit out all the stuff that makes you sick. It does it one way or another.
Sometimes it's very difficult to deal with all the stuff just coming out of you. It will come out, though, because clean bodies just won't keep it in there. Otherwise there are a few things the body walls off so it won't bother anymore. For the most part, it gets rid of it.
There are a couple of good essential oil companies. www.rockymountainoils.com">http://www.rockymountainoils.com">www.rockymountainoils.com

There must be a lot more reputable essential oil companies, but these are the ones I know about. The oils are very comforting along with the wet, warm towels.
Natural pain killers won't work as well as the drug stuff, but while you're getting rid of junk, they do OK. Drug remanants just have to be cleaned out of the body and can only be used for a very short time in a big emergency. Unless pain is in the intolerable range, I wouldn't suggest any such thing as drugs. White willow bark is a balanced "aspirin" and will work quite well. Check out other anti inflammatories. There's a post just a little below this one that names quite a few.
EDIT: Oh, BTW, Birch essential oil or wintergreen essential oil is also a pain killer. It also has properties like the balanced natural "aspirin".
