Is it possible to have a sluggish liver and have a huge appetite? I am always hungry, yet I am losing weight.

I heard with liver problems you usually will have a poor appetite. But I know I have liver problems because I have had gallbladder pains a few times in my life.

And someone with a weak liver, can they be small and skinny?
