Hi,

I was told that I have bilateral inguinal hernia. The doctor said it is not big, but just 'peeking' out. I want to try natural methods of healing first. I tried putting a cold pack on my hernia and felt good in a minute !.. want to try what you did..

Can you please tell me how long it took for your hernia to heal ?
