You can also use different essential oils that will help with inflammation. Myrrh is for tissue and capillary damage, bruising or loss of oxygen.
Roman cammomile and lavender is for inflammation due to infection, Ravensara, hyssop or oregano is for viral. Peppermint reduces fever.
For inflammation: 10 drops of fir, 6 drops of melaleuca (tea tree oil) 4 drops of german cammomile, 2 drops of peppermint and 2 drops lemongrass.
I use the oils a lot in my navel. You can also rub them into the bottom of your feet using the accupressure points, but just rubbing them into the bottom of your feet will help. Drop a few drops of them in you navel and use the fingertips of your right hand and massage them into your belly clockwise. That raises your body frequency. A warm, wet towel over that may help.
We do have things that will help raise comfort levels while you are going thru the cleaning processes.
Boswellia or white willow bark might help pain. This comes in capsules.
