Hi C.

Thank you for your encouragement. I have been under a lot of stress from family members because they fear for my health. Also, the kitchen is right next to my room and I am so tempted. I wish I could go or afford to go to a fasting center but I cannot.

I will continue my fast. I have gone this far to quit. I was mostly afraid for my weight. But I guess I can afford to go lower than 100lbs so I can become cleansed. I am somewhere between the half way mark and I guess this is one of those normal reactions to stray from the path.

Again thank you. I CANNOT GIVE UP.

PS. For refeeding, is it ok to have soup like clear vegetable or tomato soup? I'm kindy iffy about eating half a fruit at first.
