I do not understand, sorry. When I take baking soda I defnitely get alkaline readings which I wasn't getting before. ACV helps get more alkaline readings too.

Could you possibly refer me to a link that gives any research showing that deep breathing relates to increased alkalinity? I have used an ozonator for my water, btw, and though I like it, it did nothing to help me be more alkaline.
