From reading this forum, I gathered that taking Vitamin D3 was best when it came to controlling blood sugar. However, recently I was told by my GYN that I should take Vitamin D daily for bone health.

So...does Vitamin D3 also help with bone health or should I also take Vitamin D in addition to the D3?
