So you are saying that ultimately the psyllium and caprylic acid shakes were not useful?

Do you advise enemas to overcome constipaton, or do you recommend for everyone? How often?

If Florastor worked for you I think Threelac might too. Did you ever try it?

I am very allergic to yeast, so not sure I could tolerate Florastor. However I think it is possibly the best probiotic for fighting Candida. Were you initially allergic to the yeast in Florastor?

Did you ever try Rx antifungals like nystatin and diflucan?

Glad you have made a recovery. Gives us all hope.
