Hey Uny or anyone with input,

As things have gotten going here, I've been feeling appendix soreness, tightness, and pain at times.... which improves after my bowels empty on out...

... I DO go from 2-4 times per day at least... so things ARE moving ok..

Now, I notice this mostly in the evening at night... and I've also noticed as detox has picked up and the more toxic stuff is getting out, it's been there.

CE help ALOT. Starting to do 2 a day again (3-4 cups solution per CE)...

..also, as the liver has settled down in comparison to what it WAS, I plan on Liver Flushing fully tonight again, as it seemed to really help on Saturday and overall it has seemed to help my liver/body quite a bit in dealing with things. There is still tightness in the liver and it is moving almost all day.. passed 20-30 more stones in Coffee-Enema this morning... and as things go, they are getting darker and more black.

So.. appendix... flush tonight... etc... what'ya think?

ps: I got my omega 8005 in the mail today :) .. and it works a'charm.
