No i did not prepare. I read some where on these forums where a guy ate olive oil chips and had gallbladder pain right after. This would prove if someone has bile obstruction. So i decided to try some olive oil. I had no pain but I did feel like things were "flowing" better. All my symptoms obviously havent disapeared in one day.
