I'll look into isocort. Ideally, I wouldn't have to supplement cortisol at all because I feel like that'll weaken my adrenals further by reducing demand.
As far as pantethine, no, I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to get some either today or tomorrow.
Btw, thanks for your last post to me. I didn't get to reply because that was the day after I had that crisis with my body rejecting meat, etc.
I'll answer your previous questions here.
I'm not sure if I was having issues with salt/salt-water before the Iodine because I hardly used salt at all during 2010. I haven't used the Iodine anymore. My intuition tells me to improve my diet, load up on vitamins and minerals before resuming.
I think I am allergic to eggs for the following reasons. When I was young, eggs where hard for me to eat. I had a hard time swallowing them, but I would force it. Eventually I could just eat them. I remember always having an itchy throat after breakfast on the way to school in the morning, but it was only last year that I made the connection. In 2009 and part of 2010, I was eating a lot of raw eggs, but I started getting headaches when I would eat them, and I would get this painful feeling in my stomach. Like indigestion or reflux or something. I stopped eating them for two months, then had another one and it came back, including the itchy throat. A few months later, I ate 3 cooked eggs and had SEVERE pain in the stomach/indigestion area. The pain was radiating out the front and back. I also had itchy throat. It took about 2 or 3 hours to go away, but it became tolerable after about 1 1/2 hours. Just seems like allergies to me. I suspect that itchy throat is hives. I get that itch/pain down my esophagus too, and even drinking water hurts it. It feels like something is stuck in my throat/esophagus. You could be right and it could be detox though. What do you think? Honestly, it would be nice to eat deviled eggs again.
As far as how I got sick, I think it's a lot of things. I have had a pretty stressful life since I was a little kid before school. I had asthma, stress related eczema, chest pains, a doctor said I had arthralgia, etc. In my teens I had anger problems, headaches, pains, etc. I have been really rough on my body, pushing it like a machine my whole life. So I was sick already, but when I was 19 I joined the Army, and since I have been out, that's when I started getting really sick and diseased. I was discharged in 2005. I believe I was poisoned by vaccines while I was in. Pretty much everyone I know that has been in the military, especially combat arms positions in the Army and Marines, is sick in some way. Even my Dad was in the Army and he became sick too. He had severe mental illness, hepatitis, etc. So stressful life and illnesses that were already there, but the Army made things much much worse. I've already gotten over many problems, but these metabolic/endocrine problems are whooping my..., especially hypoglycemia.
No, I can't work or exercise. I regained a decent amount of health last year, enough to go out and have somewhat of a life, but that is lost again. I have no income either, because the doctors wouldn't believe I was sick, and you need a diagnosis to get SSI or disability or whatever.
Anyways, thanks again for taking the time.
