Spud, how did you get diagnosed with estrogen dominance and low progesterone? Through testing or just from symptoms?

Did you ever try anything else to balance hormones with any success or just the vitex? I am still using Maca which seems to help some, but I still have the vitex I bought and would drop the Maca for a time to try the vitex if it might work better.

Did you use the Maca and the Jiaogulan at the same time as the Vitex or did you try the all one at a time and for how long each?
