I "write for a living" now, and collaborate with editors on an almost daily basis. One time I wrote a "Health Benefits of XYZ" article, and my health and wellness editor almost didn't publish it. She wrote me a kind note, saying my article was excellent, but it only told half of the story. She led me to a couple of links which told of  "horrors" that had occurred from taking this very widely accepted alternative health care product. She asked me to edit my article to be a "Benefits and Risks of XYZ" article. I did, and my article got published.

I agree, my positive post on ES was biased, based on my personal experiences. I should have presented a more fair and balanced report on it, and I'm glad you took the time to present the other side. I am learning... :)

I do have to say, for the readers of this forum, that hot ES baths are not mentioned anywhere in the Schulze/Christopher reference materials, that I can recall. However, ES baths have been a tremendous part of my healing story of late, and I wanted to pass this info along.

Yes, yes, yes, as with *everything* else, please always do your own homework and use the brain God gave you before jumping on any kind of protocol.  What works for one person may be detrimental if not downright dangerous for another. That's why there is not a "one size fits all" magic wand protocol or treatment or whatever you want to call it. I did say that if you have any heart-related issues, check with Uny before doing this. But I didn't think about kidney or adrenal issues possibly contra-indicating ES baths, because I don't have these issues.
