EXACTLY it's like even the tiniest things shoots adrenaline in my body. in just sitting here reading yet I feel all my senses are active an moving rapidly searching for potential danger. it's like my senses are trying to absorb every single thing in the environment, I can't just relax. tempted to take more Valium but dint wanna mess up my schedule.

everytime a cat drives by it startles me.
i hear the windchimes, the television. cars. my usually blocks out this background noise!!!
