Is it true that people without OCD sometimes have unexplainable "imagination" or have intrusive "imagination"? Since I have read that people with OCD and people without it have intrusive thoughts and imagination but the only difference is that people with OCD it's more intensely overwhelming, longer lasting.

Since this past week my mind has been having intrusive thoughts, imagination, unwanted feelings and urges.I have OCD and it has been pretty stressful for me to have these obsessing thoughts where it has affected me I'm loosing weight not eating as much.
