I really need some advice.

On Thursday I went to my doctor to get my test results (I'd gone to her a month before complaining of fatigue so bad I could barely get up, low body temp etc.) - she's a hormone specialist who is pretty open minded and is known for prescribing dessicated throid etc.

My tests showed:

High morning cortisol
normal 4pm cortisol
Ferritin: 20
Low DHEA
Low testosterone
TSH 4.5 - this is a huge change for me as I was at 1.8 for years. PLus, I'm taking Iodine and thyroid support multy.vitamin so I can onky imgaine how high it would be if I wasn't.
Blood Sugar issues

She presribed me 5mg of DHEa in a bio-ientical cream and also a good iron supplement which I am handling it well. She also prescribed synthroid at 0.025mg. This shocked me and I said, why not dessiacted? She said that because my blood tests show my T4 is converting very nicely to T3 so if she gives me dessicatd which has T3 in it she feels I'll have to much which will cause anxiety. I have a lot of anxiety/panic etc. SHe said she only prescribed dessicated for years but lately has found a lot of her patients have problems with it.

I haven't taken it because I am scared. for one Im celiac and while there's no gluten in it the company has stated there can be cross contaimated. I emailed my doctor asking if she'll put me of erfa which is dessicated thyroid and gluten free but haven't heard back.

My other doctor (holistic MD) believes I need adrenal glandular, but she says the opposite - with high cortisol adrenal glandular will make me worse and she feels that it probably has. The holistic MD tested me for adrenal glandular and my body said yes but I find it just givees me an adrenalin rush. Kinesiology teesting is shelpful but not always 100% accurate in my opinion. Sometimes it may say your body needs something, but that doesn't mean you can handle it.

Ever since I got the results /prescriptions I feel sicker as two doctors have told me different things and I don't know what to do. I don't wnat to damage my system, but I am soo tired I am off work - I have to go back in 5 weeks and if I don't get more eneregy I don't know how I will. I can't afford to give up my job. My blood Sugar is sooo low even with protein but stress is what does this and nothing is more stressful in my life right now then knowing what to take. I was on adaptogens but they lower my blood Sugar further.

I can take the synthroid - it's a very small dose at 0.025 and hope there's no gluten contaimination, and see how I do.

If she says yes to the erfa I'll take it. If she says no maybe nutri meds dessicated thyoid or T-100 thyroid would be enough since my tsh only shows mild hpothyroidism?

I've read that snythroid is bad but others on dessicated thyorid said they felt better switching back. Everyone is different. Maybe I should get my holistic MD to kinesiology test me for the various options.

Any advice would be helpful. To be honest everytime I start treatment with someone I get worse because I worry about whether the medications I'm on are really the right thing.
