PS I just noticed waverlys note on the coconut oil forum and their experience is a good example of how common faulty digestion is, and how it creates numerous health issues by causing missed metabolization of important items and the passing of proteins that end up in our bloodstream, causeing our immune system to be over worked and adding to the overall congesting of our system.

Besides noticing and acting on the usually apparant symptoms, the simple test of adding digestive enzymes and hcl can be a good test before we start jumping to other potential conclusions and start approaching body complaints from more serious perspectives while missing out on the real genesis and thus area of needed attention, of our ailments. Cleaning and rectifying our bloodstream and lymph system and figuring out why they have become subpar and comprimized can often be enough to generate recovery as opposed to particular healing regimins for particular complaints .
