...Can you imagine the profits on land improved by nut trees in the last fifty years?!?

What a retirement fund...or nest egg for your grandchildren!

...And from selling the nuts all these years.

The property I'm speaking about has log cabins on it. (No one can find reasonably-priced smallish meeting rooms for clubs and such, these days.)
