What can I do to stop this? I'm freezing to death, coughing, I ache all over, can't sleep, feel like throwing up, and I feel the worst I've ever felt in my life.

I'm being targeted again by my ex boss. My recent low cortisol levels caused me to go a few days feeling very tired and depressed and made unwise decisions about what I said to people online. So again, he feels that I don't deserve to feel anything like well at all.

Can I dose up on Sodium Ascorbate just this time in order to stop suffering?
