Hi everyone,

I would also like to soon incorporate some sort of detox bath into my daily routine.

What's the difference between a Bentonite bath and the Epsom Salts + Hydrogen Peroxide Bath. I know the Bentonite is mainly for heavy metal detox. What exactly is the other bath for?

I was thinking about doing one bath on one day and the other on the next day. What do you think?
