Oh wow...I'm kind of going through the same right now. For the past couple of days everyday has been my first day at water fasting. I'll start off good, but by the end of the day I'll binge on whatever food that's in my house.

Today is day one (again) but for some reason I don't think I'll binge or go off of my fast. There will be a day 2 for me.... I'm just tired of feeling sorry for myself. Something gotta give! Good luck to you & don't give up.
