I want to do a 21 day Water Fast but the problem is that I keep just giving up. I go the whole day without food and than I stuff myself at night. I just wanna stick to this fast but I need help. So what I'm deciding to do is look for some support or encouragment. I'm gonna post here everdday. I hope no one minds. I just wanna know people are counting on me to finish this to the end.
Please give me some support...
