Awoke and felt...I don't know, low energy, irritable. Had a glass of water and my energy increased. I didn't experience the warmth you spoke..still bundling up! Will be taking it day by day as to when I'll be drinking again, when thirst returns I guess. Sounds like you have a plan. I'm going to let my body direct me ...I do better with letting my body dictate when I'll drink , as well as how long I'll fast. It's an interesting process, to listen to the body. Will be looking to see if your body allows another dry period, who knows, maybe my body will be doing the same! May our days pass with comfort....and warmth!
