I ordered some ALA in expectation of doing the protocol. It is the 300 mg, timed release version.

I read of people supplementing with timed release ALA, like 'just thinking', without doing the Cutler protocol. Is this what you are doing? I was thinking about this as well but it would have to depend on whether my fillings are Hg or not, I guess.
