I agree with Ray totally. You really have to focus on getting stable, be gentle with yourself, and not try to hurry any kind of detox at this point. (the baths can make sick people very sick) The eyewash Uny mentions is fabulous.Kepp telling yourself to slow down and breathe, and trust to the process of getting stable.
