I am planning to do a flush tonight but the last real flush I did (the last one I started I didn't end up drinking the OO) I was very nauseous and "threw up" (nothing really, just gagged mostly) during the night.

Can someone post the berry recipe if it's not too much trouble? I'll look for it myself but if someone else has it, that would be great.
