Lovely response as usual, complete with fancy pics even! I hear you!

Almost all of the ingredients for the kidney cleanse would potentially worsen an IC condition. My mom can't have lemon, lime, cayenne, etc. Strong, spicy or acidic foods make my mom cry. So if I decide to do it, I might want to make sure that I have an infection and not IC first.

As far as the parsely juice goes, I only drank it for three days before my juicer broke, and it's been about a week, so I don't think it's that. But I have been drinking parsely tea today. Do you suggest that I continue with that or stop?

Alright, I really like the idea of doing the Bowel Cleanse first, but I'm not sure if I need to hurry or not. Just a little background about my colon: I've had regular colonics once a month for the past 4 years, so I doubt that I have much old fecal matter stored up in there. I take triphalla, which helps me with my bowel movements and I usually have between 1 and 4 per day, but they are not after every meal usually, although they are on some days. I was thinking about maybe continuing the triphalla and adding the IF#2. I think I would have been much better off with my last coffee enema if I had been using that during it. Anyhow, I seem to remember that there is garlic in IF#1?

I want to apologize dear Uny if I ask questions that I could find on here in your archives. There is so much that I want to know, but like you said, EMF's are bad for folks with AF and lately just looking on my phone for too long makes my head do this strange pressured vibrating twitchy thing that seems dangerous. Sitting in front of a big computer for 5 minutes usually makes me sick for an hour.

But, I recently started turning off the electricity to my bedroom at night while I sleep and no more Cell Phone in my room, per one of your articles, so that feels good.

I might have trouble convincing my dad to let my print all 600 pages of the manual but I will try so that I'm not here pestering people and you with questions day in and out.

Anyhow, thank you immensely. I'm exciting about the little that I've learned so far.

Beth
