I've had about 10 of them. But I have to say that I have not had one since following most of the protocals on this forum, eating healthier, etc. Uny has helped me SO much. I sincerely hope you follow Uny's plan for you. Listen to what she says:)

Like so many other people have said, EFT can be a big help with many things so I hope you keep using it.
