Excellent slide show! I have never seen that one. From what I gather, he feels if you are exhibiting the hypo symptoms to stay at the 50mg. but make sure the companions are in place, especially B2 and B3 (atp co factors).

I have not decided if I should keep taking the Iodine or back off and give my body a rest. Decisions decisions!
