I am totally impressed with how well and in tune you are to your body and what works and what doesn't. Sometimes, most times actually, I feel like I'm in a whirlwind of supplements and have lost control and have forgotten the real basic reasons I began them in the first place.

I'm ready to start from square one again. Thanks for sharing!!!
