I have some wonderful b pollen I bought fromt he farmers market not too long ago. I am going to take it. I have been doing the Iodine for about 18 months but I don't think I was taking enough b vitamins. I have swung to the hypo side before but this time it hit me like a mack truck.

My daughter will be 18 in a few months. Do you think I can give her the companions in the same dosage? I really think she is hypo as well. She complains a lot lately that she is tired. Pretty sure she is exhibiting the symptoms.
