Yeah, I am really confused. I am definitely going to take a break. But then what? I think I am going to do a more gentler methylation protocol. Maybe adding in an ssri would help too, since it would decrease stress signaling in my body and prevent crashing.

All I have taken medication wise in the last 4 months is elavil 20mg (which is a tiny dose)
