are you saying for long term or just

a magnesium deficiency doesnt happen for no reason. taking a supplement is a bandaid. it's just another pill. just cause it's a vitamin doesn't mean it's natural. our bodies should get everything they need from nutritious food an nature.

if it can't there is an underlying issue that must be addressed.

I do agree it can be used to relief but I dot think we should have to supplement forever
