Its probably related to your methylation cycle improving and detox abilities improving. Nonetheless cut back on the supplements and take a break, and go more slowly next time.

I think you are on the right track since you had some positive effects. Sometimes we take 2 steps forward and one step back.

Im going to begin this protocol soon too.
